Blood Drive

Holy Spirit Conference in Sacramento hosted a Blood Drive in the church parking lot on Tuesday March 16.

The Society of St Vincent de Paul knows that there are many different ways to help our communities during the COVID-19 pandemic. Conferences continue to check in on neighbors, provide food and financial assistance, but Holy Spirit found that donating blood is an essential need as well. During the coronavirus pandemic, donated blood is needed more than ever. To health care providers donated blood is a potentially life-saving and essential part of caring for patients. Thanks to Conference President Dot O’Connor and all the conference members for finding another way to fill people’s needs during this pandemic.
